The Service collects the following data:
- Email address - provided voluntarily when joining the waitlist
- Name - provided optionally when joining the waitlist
- Survey responses - optional information about tools, pricing and feature interest
- Audit data - the name of the searched business and analysis results (this is not personal data)
- Technical data - anonymous analytics data such as UTM parameters and event type, used to improve the service
3. Purpose of Processing
- waitlist registration and notifying users when the product becomes available
- analyzing market demand for product features
- improving the service based on anonymous statistics
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process data on the basis of the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), granted by voluntarily submitting data in the waitlist form.
5. Retention Period
We retain the data until the full version of the product is launched or until the user withdraws consent - whichever happens first.

Every user has the right to:
- access their personal data
- rectify their data
- erase their data (“right to be forgotten”)
- restrict processing
- data portability
- withdraw consent at any time

7. Data Sharing
Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by technical service providers, such as hosting or database providers, only to the extent required to deliver the service. Data is stored on servers located in the European Union.

The Service may use essential cookies required for the website to function properly. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
